Ristorante Gran Viale is located in Lido di Venezia, on the prestigious avenue from which it takes its name, a few metres from the pier where frequent public transport connects it to Venice.
The restaurant can also be easily reached by water taxi from anywhere in Venice.
Ever since its inauguration, in January 2007, Ristorante Gran Viale has been a great success. The credit goes to its two young and motivated owners: Claudio Barbiero and Luciano Corazzin, who after twenty years of experience in a number of restaurants across Italy and Europe, and after working as Chef at the restaurant “Antico Martini” in Venice, decided to join forces and open a new and dynamic restaurant. The young team’s professionalism and friendliness are the restaurant’s trademark and the reason of its success with local and international clientele.
Every day, we look forward to offering you our interpretation of tradition, in harmony with the seasons and according to market availability. The quality of our dishes comes from the expert hands of our Chef and the goodness of the carefully selected ingredients. We base our work on respect for the seasons and love for local produce.
We will offer you wines produced by old vineyards in Veneto and Friuli, prestigious Italian and international wines and some of our discoveries: wines from lesser-known producers and vineyards, which we carefully choose after thorough research to enrich our selection.
